Feel free to bring your own mat and props if you like, or use ours. We have mats, blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters available. Dress comfortably in clothing that you can bend and move in. The space is temperature controlled. ♥️
Classes taught by Amanda are mixed level Vinyasa flow style suitable for beginners through advanced, with lots of variations offered, so that you can tailor the practice to your body and energy level in the moment. You do not need to have yoga experience; we have plenty of newbies and we don't take ourselves too seriously here.
All experience levels are welcome to join us for meditation. Please bring a mug with you to enjoy tea and a snack with us. We begin our sessions seated in a circle on the floor; we have blankets, bolsters, and floor cushions with seat backs available to use. Attendees are then prompted to introduce themselves and name something they're currently grateful for. Once everyone is settled, we begin with a few minutes of guided meditation prep, followed by silence, for 30 minutes total of meditation. After meditation, we take a small break to grab a snack and tea, courtesy of that evening's volunteer(s), and then spend the remaining time discussing the evening's mindfulness themed topic.

To keep these events as inclusive as possible, they are offered free of charge! However, if you have the means and would like to help keep them running, donations are very appreciated as it does cost some money to rent the space and incidentals. You are always welcome to bring cash or check, or you can donate electronically using any of the payment links you see here.
